I've uninstalled and reinstalled app and connected again but not receiving my points
We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365.
Unfortunately, the following steps are the only troubleshooting tips that we have at this point:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.
*Please note, these steps are not a guaranteed fix, however once we hear more from Samsung, we will provide another update. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

I've got the S health linked to go 365 but I'm not getting any points for

There was a recent issue with the new update and android devices. This has been corrected. You may be prompted to update your Go365 Mobile app and you should be able to log in. Please let me know if you are still not able to log in.
