New Changes to Challenges in 2018
Challenges will award once you have uploaded steps to the challenge to prove participation. Are your step uploading to your challenge?
My phone is linked to the go365 to record my steps. Nothing that I have to upload, it automatically does it.
We are currently investigating an issue where SHealth is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.

since my Samsung health app was not sync to 365 I have missed out on numerous points because they updated their app. Can you go back and give me my points for joining challenges and points for walking over 5,000 steps. thanks, kim
Unfortunately, we are not able to manually process the workouts. Our IT department is still working with S Health to see if there is another work around for this issue. Thank you so much for your patience!
