We are currently investigating an issue where SHealth is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.
