I sincerely apologize.
When is the last time you plugged in your pedometer to attempt to sync it? Do you receive an error upon plugging it into your computer?
I plug it in every day and the box with the serial number comes up and
quickly goes away before loading steps. I have disconnected the device on
the website and then reconnected it and also replaced the battery. It still
is counting my steps but it had not loaded them on my account since
Nov.3-so frustrated-really want to build my steps so I can get more bucks
to spend at the mall-PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
