The recent update is not letting me login
I apologize for the frustration. Do you have any errors that happen when you login? Do you have any software updates waiting for your phone?
The app reads "go365 has stopped" please try again. I have lost 3 days of steps and all my challenges.Thanks for any and all help. There are no updates for my phone.
I apologize for the frustration. Our IT department is currently working on an update that will correct this. Once it has gone into place, it will prompt you to update your Go365 Mobile app once you log in. Please let me know if this error still continues for you after the new update! Thank you so much for your patience with this!

The go365 app still has not registered any of my steps or challenges, (which now seems as though I just stopped supporting my team) since 11/28. It was working just fine before the forced update.
Hi Eudene! I apologize for the delay. We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.
