I began working in a facility with a gym and beacon April this year. Half the time, my Android phone can't detect the beacon while others around me have no problem. Help!
I am sorry for the concern with your beacon check ins. Do you have the location set to "Always On" in the Go365 Mobile app? Please also check your Bluetooth/wireless settings and make sure they are on to be able to detect the beacon.
If multiple members are unable to access the beacon, the facility may have to contact Go365 in order to reset the beacon.
