I am trying to redeem my bucks as soon as possible because my employer is switching insurance carriers. When I log onto go365 it wont allow me to see any of this information.
I am sorry for my confusion. Are you having this issue from the Go365 Mobile app or on the website? If it is the app, please use your internet browser on your phone or computer to log into www.go365.com. You will be able to access your Bucks through there.
