    My fitbit steps are not syncing with go365.  It is showing my last update was mid-day November 13.  I have disconnected and reconnected my fitbit, but no updates.


      Go365 is not getting updates/syncing with my fitbit steps.  It shows that my fitbit is connected, but has not updated since November 13.  I have tried several times to disconnect and then reconnect my fitbit with Go365, but nothing changes.  My steps are being tracked on the fitbit app/ website.
