I have not received points from fitbit since 11/15. I have reconnected fitbit twice without any results. this has been an ongoing issue.

I contacted Fitbit about this as instructed and they said it was a compatibility issue with GO365. This is why I check to see my points are being credited and if not I reconnect Fitbit. But this last time is still is not so need addressed. I have probably had to call 4 times this year to get this issue resolved.
