    Unable to open app since recent update



      The go365 app worked on my Samsung Galaxy J3 ok until this last app update. I can download the app, but when I click to open it I receive -Go365 keeps stopping- message and it never opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few dozen times. I checked for updates to my phone software. Chat told me there was an issue with Samsung Health, so I uninstalled that. Still no luck. I really enjoy this app and I need it for my company health insurance premiums (not having the app is costing me money).

      Can anyone please help?

          I apologize for the frustration. Our IT department is currently working on an update that will correct this. Once it has gone into place, it will prompt you to update your Go365 Mobile app once you log in. Please let me know if this error still continues for you after the new update! Thank you so much for your patience with this!
