I have been getting an error on my GO365 app when trying to access it and when I try to log in on the computer it says it is undergoing maintenance. This has been going on for about a week. When will it be back up? I can only assume that it is not keeping track of my steps during this.
I can see that your plan year recently renewed, sometimes this can cause a delay in being able to log into the website. Please try and login again and let me know if you are still having an issue with your account. You may need to clear your internet history and cookies.
