I have been tracking steps For a year and only have 3500 points. I get near or over 10,000 steps daily. Friends say I shud have more. Any suggestions?

Did you get a new Fibit or phone recently? Can you please follow the process to disconnect your Fitbit from Go365, reconnect and let me know if you are not seeing the steps from the Fitbit.
You may need to log into your Fitbit account on a computer to verify you are using the same Fitbit email and password login. Please be sure you are not using Facebook or Google to log into your Fitbit account.
