My Health app on my iphone was syncing my steps for awhile but stopped several months ago. I log in regularly to the go365 app so don't know why this is happening. I use my phone to track steps and the go365 app shows that it is connected to my Health app.
I am sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts. Did you recently get a new phone? You may need to uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, reinstall and reconnect Apple Health to refresh the connection.
