I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the Go365 app and reconnected it to HealthKit - still no luck. Please advise how to resolve.
I apologize for the frustration with your device. How often do you log into the Go365 Mobile app? It can take up to 24 hours after logging in for the steps to sync.
Please uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, reinstall and reconnect Apple Health. Let me know if your device is still not syncing after that.
Apparently you didn’t read my message. It states that I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Go365 app, and have already reconnected HealthKit. Thank you for your response, but it only furthers my frustration since it brings me no closer to a resolution.
In answer to your question, I log into the Go365 app several times a day, and since HealthKit has not updated in nine days, I believe I have exceeded the 12-24 hour window it might take to update.
I apologize for my confusion. There was a delay around that time and I was not sure the last time that you uninstalled and reinstalled. Thank you for that information! Had you gotten a new phone around that time? What phone are you currently using to track your steps?
