Why won't my Samsung update points? I haven't received any workout points since November. Tried all the uninstall and update, nothing seems to work.
We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.

I wanted to wait to see if the app would start updating points. So far nothing has showed. Once it works again will you guys go back and award points for data that is saved in the app? I know that with six weeks of steps and workout bonus I would receive a decent amount.
Thank you for your patience! We are working with Shealth on a possible solution. At this time I would recommend using a different device or app to track your Daily Workouts. There is no guarantee that it will transfer back to Go365.
