I apologize for the concern with your Bucks! All Bucks are good for up to three years from when you earn them. Any Bucks that are expiring will be listed on your Bucks balance in the Go365 Mall.
The only reason they would not roll over, would be if your plan was changing or if you were changing employers. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
Question why do I get this error when I log in go365 medicare community?
So, the expiring portion of the Bucks would be listed separately. Is that correct?
Also, I would like to verify wh points expire? I am just really starting to use Go365.
