My iOS health app has not synced since Saturday Dec 29th. I received “undergoing maintenance“ message when I tried to login yesterday. Will my points load for both Sunday and Monday?
Hello and thank you for your question! We see that your steps have not shown since the 29th. We tried to pull data from the Apple Health but it did not pull over. You will have to disconnect and reconnect your device to Go365 and steps will upload within 24-48 hours. Provided below is a helpful link to connect your Apple Health!

It synced for 1/1 and 1/2 but has not pulled for 12/30 or 12/31. I had a few challenges that ended with zero because the data is not syncing will this fix itself and I get awarded the points?
