I added my spouse to my plan for this year, but he has been unable to set up a Go365 account since the beginning of the year.

I added my spouse to my plan for this year, but he has been unable to set up a Go365 account since the beginning of the year.  When he selects "register" and inputs his information he receives a message saying the member ID entered is already registered.  If he selects "find your username" and enters his information, he then receives a message giving my user name.   Who do I contact to have this error resolved
