I'm missing 4,000 points since the website was down last couple days please fix
Sorry for any inconvenience you have been experiencing. Can you state specifically what points are missing? On Go365, we see that you have 5931 points and 14432 bucks on your account. Please let us know so we can investigate.
When the app was down missing points from 1/1 2019 to 1/2 2019
4,000 for 1/1 2019 & 1/2 so far I've got 10,000 steps and no points
I'm sorry for the confusion, but you only earn 1 point per 1000 steps. So in this case if you reached 4,000 steps for 1/1 you would get 4 points. Same for 1/2 if you reached 10,000 you will receive 10 points. I updated your device data in our system and should reflect in 24-48 hours.
I understand how it works but I shouldn't have to do this it should track and give me my points
I've talked to 3 people today and the 3rd person rewarded my points I was
missing but the steps aren't showing on go365
I am sorry again for your experience. Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your device? Please try this and it should reboot your device on Go365. If you are still having issues, please let us know and we can investigate further.
