I tried for days at the end of the year to shop in the Mall to spend my accumulated bucks, but was blocked due to ongoing IT issues. The Chat help person said I would be extended time to place an order, however I cannot log in anymore because my company no longer participates in Go365. Did I just lose all points/ bucks after a year of work? Or shall I keep waiting for an order window to be opened as promised so I can place my order?
