Before the app went down on 1/1/19, I was only 754 from Silver and had over 4,000 points. Now it’s reflecting I am over 3,000 points from Silver and have only 1,000. How can I can my points and progress to reflect accurately?

At renewal, your Go365 Bucks carry over (for up to 3 years), but your Points do not (with the exception of 10%). Therefore, you start back at Blue status until you complete the HA, a Biometric Screening, or log a verified workout which will reactivate your account/move you up to at least Bronze status.
