My Go365 account is not uploading my weight from my Fitbit for challenges that are active. Ive checked my Fitbit account and i have given Fitbit permission to upload my weight from my Fitbit account. How can I get this corrected? Thank you!
I can confirm that we are successfully receiving your weight data from Fitbit. Since the Challenges just began on 1/1, please allow some more time for the data to transfer to your active Challenges.
