I cant log in into my Humana app.
i try uninstalling and installing it back but won’t help.
We apologize for any inconvenience. When we pull up your Go365 account we see it will direct your to Humana.com. You will have to sign in on Humana.com and agree to the 2019 terms and conditions. Then, from there since both Go365 and humana.com are tied together you will be able to log into Go365 after accepting terms and conditions. Please try this in a web browser or website before logging on to the applications. Please let us now you if you are still having issues.
I tried what you suggest me to do but didn’t help.
It doesn’t even give me the “I agree to the Term and condition” check box option at the bottom of The agreement page.
We apologize for that. After further investigation, we see that you do not have a further plan with us after 2018? If our systems are correct. You no longer have access to either Humana.com or Go365.com because you are termed as of 12/31/2018.
I had Humana as my insurance for the past year. Now I have a different one but I thought I still could use Go365. I had over 6000 points in the app. Is there a way I can get them back?

Unfortunately, any bucks/points from previous years expire and due to HIPPA laws we cannot spend those after a policy with us has termed.
