Syncing issues

Ever since website was down and had to update app on 1/1 2019, my points aren't syncing from shealth to go365 I've talked with 3 people and uninstalled app and reinstalled it but didn't work. I'm missing out on getting points and its ridiculous you people cant fix the problem. Please look into this asap
