I went from silver to platinum and go no points. Why? Also, go365 stopped counting steps for a month. How do I get those steps?
Sorry for the delay. There was an issue with the Go365 Mobile app that caused the Status Level to reflect incorrectly. This has been resolved.
I am unable to see a gap in your Daily Workouts, can you please verify which days are missing?
It started on 9/11 and went a month after that. When I updated the Go365 app(the same day I wrote to you), I jumped from silver to platinum and never got the points associated with those jumps. I was platinum last year and got a lot more points. Not sure if the program changed this year or if there is a glitch.
So, maybe with the update, it went back and got that data. That might be why I jumped to platinum. Not sure why I didn't get the points for it.
