the lady on the phone just said to try again later. AFTER I told her it had been doing this for over a month. I HAVE to get in to do the work for my wellness rate on my insurance. I was on hold for 30 mins and told her the whole story and got a "they are working on it". My issue isn't a new issue, it has been going on for a while now. Someone please take a look, I can't spend more time on the phone today. Please open an IT ticket and look at my account. My problem is NOT related to the new issue...this has been going on for a long time.
