I am not receiving my daily bonus for steps over 7500 anymore even though my HealthKit shows over 7500 steps for that day. Also, I went through the biometric screening a while ago and have not received the points yet.
I apologize for the concern. Where did you have your Biometric Screening completed? Did you submit the information to Go365 through How to submit a Biometric Screening ?
Are you missing the bonus Points from recent days? I can see that your activity is still recommended. There is currently a delay in data being shared from the week, dates will vary depending on when the last sync was completed. Our IT department is working on a resolution and all Points will be backdated and then your Bonus Points will be awarded.

Thank you for letting us know! It is not uncommon for the Points to show 0 and then change to 10 Points when they are fully awarded. What happens is there is a trigger that shows 0, then in 72 hours it will show 10 Points. I can see that your Points are updating and awarding.
Can you please filter your Go365 Statement by Recommended Activities to verify?
I think this is what you’re asking for. It goes on like that back to October.
Sorry for the delay. There is an issue on the Go365 Mobile app where those are not showing awarded, but they are awarded. You can check on your Go365 Statement on the website to verify the Points.
