My fit bit steps have not synced since 12/31 on Go365 app. I have redownloaded the app and re-connected by device already
I apologize for the concern. Did you recently sync your device? There is currently a delay in data being shared from the week, dates will vary depending on when the last sync was completed. Our IT department is working on a resolution and all Points will be backdated!
Please continue to sync your device as usual.
Yes. I’m still syncing regularly and I have still yet to receive work out points since 12/31
I apologize for the delay. Can you log into your Fitbit account on a computer with your email and password? Let me know if you are able to see your steps on your Fitbit account on the computer.
