My points have not synced since 12/27/18 to the Go365 app. I have it synced to my IHealth app. Why is my activity not showing up and giving me points?
I apologize for the concern with your Daily Workouts. There is currently a delay in data being shared from the week, dates will vary depending on when the last sync was completed. Our IT department is working on a resolution and all Points will be backdated!
Please continue to sync your device as usual.
