My Fitbit hasn’t synced to Go365 since December 27, 2018. Also, I submitted documentation for glucose screening and have yet to be awarded points. What’s going on?
I apologize for the concern. Did you recently sync your device? There is currently a delay in data being shared from the week, dates will vary depending on when the last sync was completed. Our IT department is working on a resolution and all Points will be backdated!
Please continue to sync your device as usual to avoid missing data.
Have you received Points for another glucose screening this plan year? Please check your Go365 Statement under Prevention category to see the Points awarded.
