    Go365 app won't open for me since upgrade

      Since the go365 upgraded a few days ago I can't get to my info. When I log in it acts like it's opening but it gets to the blue screen saying it's customizing my experience and it just stays there. When I hit the back button on my phone it tells me it can't get to my info and to try later. Many "laters" since then and it still doesn't work. My activities are getting to go365 as I can see them when I go to the website but the app on my phone no longer works. Are others experiencing this issue?

          I apologize for the delay. When did this issue begin? There was recently an issue with the Go365 Mobile app login over the last few days. This has been resolved, please let me know if you are still receiving the error. I would be happy to look into this further for you. I can see that your account is active with Go365 as well.

              Just tried and it is still doing it. It takes forever to "customize my experience " and then it is unable to retrieve my activities. Maybe it's my phone. The McDonald's app quit working as did CVS and the Kroger app when it upgraded said is no longer compatible with my device. It's a Samsung 4 so it's old but other than some apps not working I like it.
