Go365 Not Pulling Data From Health Kit

My Apple Watch is not syncing with Go365.  I've followed the online steps  found at https://community.go365.com/docs/DOC-1531.  After a brief search, it appears Go365 syncing in general is problematic.

 

If I go to the Health Kit app and click on Go365 then Data, it shows "No Data".  It appears Go365 is not pulling the recorded data properly.   I'm guessing this is the core issue.  All data items are turned on to allow read access to the requested items,  and I've deleted and reinstalled Go365...  still no joy. 

 

Is this a known issue?
