The reason we ask is because the HealthIQ app is no longer available in the Google Play store for android users and can only be accessed on the HealthIQ website. If this has affected you, unfortunately, you will only be able to access the HealthIQ on the website no longer the app.
I am using the app on my iphone. I’ve disconnected and deleted both apps and reconnected. Still not syncing. Today, I deleted the activity and restarted a new one to see if that would work.
