I am getting 'Looks like the sign in information you're using is just for MyHumana' even after changing my PW

I keep getting the message 'Looks like the sign in information you're using is just for MyHumana'.  I changed my PW and am still getting it.  I haven't been able to sign in thru the app for 4 days also.
