I still am not able to access my account. I have tried to log in via my phone and receive a "Login Failed. A general exception has occurred" message. And when I log in via my computer I receive a "Hey there! This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. Please try again later" message. I am a Humana member as of 1/1/2019, so I have been able to log into my Humana account with the same credentials and had no issues, I just cannot access my Go365 account.
I have reset my password, removed and redownloaded the app, restarted my phone, updated my phone software completely, and nothing has fixed the issue.
Please let me know what can be done to fix this so I can begin to access my Go365 account.
