I have been unable to log into Go365 since the New Year. Do you know when this will be resolved?

I just got off customer service chat and they advised it can take up to 10 business days for your account to update. In the meantime you are locked out of your account and unable to do anything. Worst program ever. I really hope our company realizes the same thing and we move on from this terrible Go365. I have vented to customer service and as usual, they provide generic responses. This company does not care about you only about $$$$. Good luck friend.
