My points fluctuated 2 to 3 thousand points in a matter of 5 minutes.
I apologize for my confusion. Are you referring to your Points or your Bucks? I reviewed your account and I was unable to find any Bucks or activities removed and your Policy did not change.
However, your plan year did recently renew and you will see 10% of your Points roll over from the previous plan year. Check out What Happens When My Plan Year Renews for more information.
The points. When I logged in to the app it listed my points. I closed out of the app and went back in about 5 minutes later to see if the points were the same. Once I was in it mentioned something about gaining silver status. I watched the line with the points move back and forth during this time. I’m just wanting to make sure the points that I have are exactly what I’m supposed to have.
After reviewing your account, all of your Points and Bucks are correct. Please go through your Go365 Statement and let me know if there is anything that is not correct or missing.
