I updated the Go365 app and now it is not updating my daily workouts, my steps. I have Samsung health.
We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. This is not impacting all users, however if you are affected, the recommended steps to take are as follows:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.

It is still not syncing my steps. I don't want to buy a $100-$250 device just to count my steps. I don't have a wait to downgrade my device. I have no idea when the next update will be.
I have tried several times to connect my Samsung Health to the Go365 app. I have never had an issue with this until install your new update for Go365.
Please fix the bugs/errors in the app.
It just says: All this app to read and write Samsung health. Samsung isn't responsible for third-party services that we share data with.
To change your data permissions, go to Settings> Data permission in Samsung Health. Your device ID is included in the data that's shared with third-party service. Then it won't let me click on Done. How do I get it to connect? I have NEVER had a problem with connecting Samsung Health to Go365 until now.
