On the challenges, how do you tell what the challenge is?  ie:  walk as many steps as possible every day of the challenge or get at least 7 hours of sleep during these days to win the challenge

On challenges, how do you know what you need to do to participate in the challenge?  ie:  walk as many steps as you can during this time period or get at least 7 hours of sleep or meditate for 10 minutes a day and record it, etc.

Outcomes
