I have met my goal for steps on several occasions since the start of the year and my ”bonus” points aren’t showing up on the app. Help please.
We apologize for any concern you are having with Bonus Points not showing on the application. We are seeing your Points awarded for each day you qualified for the verified physical activity on your account. To see this, you should be able to go into your Go365 statement and see this awarded for you. If you are having issues with the application please delete and re-download to make sure you up-to-date version.
Hello! I am having the same issue. I downloaded and reinstalled the app but the points for the verified physical activity is still not showing up on the app, though it shows on the website. Is this a bug?
I’m not sure. I’ve chatted with a few different chat specialists and posted my concerns here and they all say the points are being applied. My points are still not showing on the app under verified workout. I am going to look again this mornkng to see if I can figure out whether they are truly being applied or not. Sorry I’m not much help with the concern just wanting to let you know I am still having this problem as well.
