How can I reactivate? Where are my Points?
We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing. We see that your Humana insurance policy has termed as of 12/31/2018, therefore, you unfortunately no longer have an active Go365 with us. The points for 2018 expire when the policy terms as well so those no longer can be spent. To reactive your Go365 with us, you will need to update your insurance policy information if it is still with Humana.
