I was also told from a co worker, that i needed to accept new terms and conditions for 2019, but I never received them. My co worker states hers came up as soon as she logged on.
Also, my Humana Member ID changed can that be a reason too, if so how can I fix it?

Can you confirm if you are using the website or the application? Also to verify your information you can use the forgot username and password option as well.
