Why are my steps not showing in Go365? It does not show all for the 8th and none for the 9th
We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your steps showing. We are able to see your data showing for both the 8th and the 9th. Naturally, a 24 up to 48 hours delay takes place for the data to come through if the device was recently synced. To reassure you though, we specifically see this data below for your Fitbit device:
1/8/19 steps total: 18253
1/9/19 steps total: 20237
If you ever have issues with your Fitbit device, try disconnecting and reconnecting and wait up to 48 hours for data to pull over. If you have any issues going forward, please contact us.
