To connect your Fitbit from the Go365 website:
1. Select “Quick Links” at the top of your Go365 Dashboard. (Top right)
- 2. Choose the “Connect and manage devices” tile.
- 3. To connect a new device, search for or select the device you wish to add, and select “Connect.” Follow the prompts.
To get credit for your lost steps / points:
Notify Go365 Customer Care within 10 days of the date of the missing activity, by using the chat window on the website or by calling the number on the back of your member ID card between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Central time.
Please note that Go365 Customer Care can only track your step history for the previous 60 days.
