Originally my Apple Watch was set up wrong and my steps have not been tracking for 6 months. I finally fixed it but still no points and syncing. How do I fix this?
I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, the only troubleshooting that we have for Apple Health steps is uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 Mobile app, then reconnecting Apple Health. Did you go through the process when you corrected your phones connection? I would be happy to take a closer look for you.
