Not getting sleep points even after manually logging through Apple Health.
We apologize for any concern you have regarding your sleep points. We do not see any activity regarding the sleep activity coming through on your devices. To ensure the activity is activated, you have to go into the Go365 app and achieve 5 nights of 7 or more hours of sleep within the same week (Sunday-Saturday). When this is completed you will receive 25 Points per week for up to 6 weeks in a year. That means there is a max of 150 Points able to be earned per plan year.
i am connected to the Apple Health App in Go365 and it shows over 7 hours of sleep for 6 out of seven days for the week of January 6 - 13. it looks like the Go365 is not reading the sleep portion of the Health App. Also I joined a sleep challenge which is suppose to give credit for sleeping between 6-8 hours. Again it should show 6 days of meeting this goal and is showing 0. Please help.
