    No longer receiving physical activity steps achieved points

      I stopped receiving verified physical activity steps achieved points.  I have not received points since 1/3/19.  I am using samsung health and my go 365 account shows the correct number of steps but I am not receiving my points.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
