Hi, my wife and I are on the same plan. She can log in successfully in her phone whith her own credentials. I cant cant login in the app of go365 neither the website. I keep receiving the following message from a browser login attempt: information cant be loaded at this moment. And in the app of go 365 it said user information not found, please try again later. But I can login in Myhumana app and website.
