I’m missing steps from 12/31/18. I have steps before and after that date. Did not switch step tracking device. Why did this happen and do I need to go back through last years history to make sure I’m not randomly being shorted steps???
Sorry for the delay. How often do you log into the Go365 Mobile app? It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer after logging in. To avoid missing data you will want to log in at least once per week.
What are the steps missing for each day from 12/31-1/3, I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
