I have not been receiving my verified physical activity points for when I reach 5000 steps or greater. And now when I look back at my statement they are all missing.
Sorry for the delay! I can see that your Points are being awarded for your recommended activity to get over 5000 Steps. It is not uncommon to see the 0 Points award first and then the 5 Points will award within 72 hours.
Please see attached photo I have not been receiving them since the end of December which has also stoped me from getting my bonus 50 points for earning 50 points in a week.
Sorry for my confusion. There is a current issue where those Points are not reflecting in the Go365 Mobile app, however I can assure you that they are awarded to your account. The Points are visible in the Go365 Statement on the website but not transferring to the Mobile app.
